Lunch with Refugee Program pioneers

On Thursday, October 19, 2012, one of Jim's interviewees for Hope of the Phoenix (book-in-progress) initiated a lunch attended by other members of the Team of the formative years of the U.S. State Department's Refugee Program bureau.
